I lost my school's code, how can i join my school's fundraiser?

Easy! Just send an email to with your school's name and we will send you the link.

are there any upfront expenses? HOW MUCH DOES RAISE CRAZE COST? 

Raise Craze is absolutely free to set up! No obligation whatsoever. You will not be charged until you receive your first donation.

CAN WE accept cash and check? 

You sure can! We even make it super easy for you to keep track of those payment methods via your organizer's dashboard.

What about credit card fees?

Great question! We process credit card donations through Stripe™, one of the global leaders in secure credit card processing. Most organizations choose to pass Stripe's fee on to donors for a flat $1.50 surcharge per donation. Prefer to absorb it yourself? No problem! The current rate is $0.30 per transaction plus 2.9% of the donation amount. 

what kind of support does raise craze offer? 

Loads and loads! We offer a fundraiser roadmap to guide you through each step of your fundraiser, participant instructions for email & print, a list of best practices for success, email templates, acts of kindness ideas geared toward your specific age group, and unlimited phone & email support. 

does raise craze provide incentives? 

The reward is giving! However, we totally understand that incentives can be real motivators. If that's something you desire for your fundraiser, we can help walk you through it! 

when will i receive my money? 

Very quickly! Once your fundraiser ends, we will issue a final statement showing the amount due, net of fees. Once you approve, we will issue a check. The short answer? Within 5 days.
