Instagram Stories

Hey there!! We’re so excited you are joining us for an Instagram Story Takeover. We look forward to following your #RaiseCraze adventure. Before we kick things off, we wanted to touch on a few best practices. (We’re pretty sure you already know all of this, but it never hurts to say it out loud!):

PUT YOUR FACE FRONT & CENTER

First and foremost, introduce yourself!  Give our audience a little context for who you are, why you’re committed to wellness and what you’ll be doing that day. 

HAVE FUN WITH VIDEO

Instagram Stories is a powerful way to communicate. Press record and capture the spirit of Raise Craze on video. Use templates, boomerangs, even a rewind or two! Photos are 100% acceptable, but the more video you create, the more engaging for our community.

PLEASE DON’T POST THE STORY

Save down each clip for us to review. We’ll post it to our story at a later time on your behalf.

If you prefer to record from your phone’s camera app instead of Instagram, please send us the entire video and we’ll split it up for Instagram viewing :)

STORY LENGTH

Ideally, your story should be between 10-20 slides, but don’t let that limit you! 

PROMOTE YOUR TAKEOVER

The best part of your takeover? Sharing it with your family and friends! Please promote the takeover on your personal Instagram account with at least one post before or during the duration of your commitment. In order to connect with the Raize Craze community, be sure to include the #RaiseCraze hashtag in the captions of all your posts. 

EVERYTHING SHOULD BE G-RATED

This goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway. Raise Craze is a community for people of all ages and stages. We ask that all language and video/images shared on behalf of Raise Craze be family-friendly.
